Product Description
Caralcium chloride flakes are slightly toxic, odorless and slightly bitter. It is extremely hygroscopic and is easily deliquescent when exposed to air. Soluble in water, while releasing a lot of heat (calcium chloride dissolved is -176.2cal / g), its aqueous solution is slightly acidic. Soluble in alcohol, acetone, acetic acid. It reacts with ammonia or ethanol to form CaCl2·8NH3 and CaCl2·4C2H5OH complexes, respectively.

Sewage Treatment Function
Caralcium chloride flakes especially in the treatment of wastewater containing metal cations. In order to reduce the destruction of biochemical segments of metal cations and some highly toxic substances, calcium chloride is used in the pretreatment process. The removal of these toxic and harmful substances plays a key role. When this substance is used in the effluent section, the chloride ions act as a bactericidal agent, and the calcium ions are precipitated by calcium hydroxide precipitation.
