After crystallization and separation, it is dried and dehydrated at 200～240℃ to obtain calcium chloride dihydrate.
2. Preparation of anhydrous calcium chloride: reheat the dihydrate calcium chloride to 260-300°C, dry and dehydrate, and it will become white anhydrous calcium chloride.
3. The process of fluidized production of granular calcium chloride, which uses liquid calcium chloride as raw material and is produced in a boiling drying granulator. The boiling section of the boiling granulator is an inverted cone, and the lower part is an air distribution hole The boiling layer is above the orifice plate. First, pre-add granular calcium chloride seed crystals on the air distribution orifice, and blow high-temperature hot air under the orifice to fluidize it. At the same time, the liquid calcium chloride is atomized with compressed air through a nozzle and sprayed into the boiling layer.
