When rubber and rubber products are used or stored under atmospheric conditions and other conditions, due to external environmental factors, the aging phenomenon such as loss of light, discoloration, hardening, stickiness, chalking and cracking may occur. It deteriorates and even loses its use value.
Rubber aging is caused by a combination of factors. In order to prolong the service life of rubber products, in addition to adding various anti-aging agents and biocides in the rubber formula design, an anti-aging material or anti-aging coating can be applied on the rubber surface to resist external aging. Invasion of factors slows down the aging of products. For the protection of rubber products, the rubber surface must be pretreated, otherwise the coating is difficult to adhere to the rubber surface. The chemical surface pretreatment technology of rubber surface is especially effective by the chlorination method of trichloroisocyanuric acid.
