Method: The excellent chlorhexidine and "84" disinfectants were disinfected under the same external environmental conditions, and the disinfection effect was compared and analyzed. After medical statistical t test, P value <0.05. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the effects of the two disinfection methods. Excellent chlorine gas is economical, convenient, easy to store and accurate in disinfection. It is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical practice of primary hospitals.

The active ingredient of chlorhexidine is sodium dichloroisocyanurate, and the active ingredient of 84 disinfectant is sodium hypochlorite, both of which are highly effective disinfectants. The active ingredient of dew is p-chloro-xylenol, which is a moderate disinfectant.

However, these three disinfectants have a reliable killing ability against pathogenic fungi causing body lice (red mites, red edulis, red edulis, etc.).

Therefore, all three can be used for the disinfection of body clothes.
